Strawberry, hmmm




Appetizing color and unique shape, make the strawberry mixture in great demand as an ingredient in making a variety of dishes. The form is typical of the heart like the heart, it stores various content that is not commonly found and proved very useful for health.


Strawberries are rich in phenolic content proven to protect cell structures in the body to prevent oxygen damage in the organ. Strawberries are also proven anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and cardioprotective. It is also good to suppress the inflammation that arises as a result of arthritis and asthma.

In one study, strawberries are one of eight foods most linked with decreased cancer death rates. Those who ate strawberries were three times more likely to get cancer. The content of phenols, flavonoids and anthocyanins in strawberries proved capable of preventing liver cancer cell growth. Strawberries are also rich in fiber, iodine, potassium, folate, riboflavin, vitamin B5, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B6, vitamin K, magnesium and copper.

So, lacking anything else? Come on now routine of eating strawberries!
